White Hats have confirmed reports that FEMA and the Hawaii National Guard in Maui are preventing citizen relief convoys from delivering food, water, and other living essentials to displaced persons who have been wandering the island like zombies since suspicious fires turned the tropical paradise into an inescapable inferno.
On Monday videos began surfacing on social media, showing how little FEMA cares about the people the agency promised to help. Civilian boats arriving with crates of canned food and bottled water are ordered to return to sea. A Guardsman shouts through a bullhorn that he has been authorized to use deadly force to enforce the blockade.
Such authorization had come from Josh Green, Hawaii’s Democrat governor and Biden loyalist, who ordered road closures, impeding escape, as towering flames laid waste to residential and resort communities whose survival hinges on tourism.
On Tuesday, TikToker Raylene Short posted a video that shows citizens trying to penetrate a FEMA/National Guard barrier.
Although FEMA’s barges have avoided Hawaii—possibly because White Hats scuttled two of them in the last year—agents have swarmed Maui’s interior and shorelines aplenty, where they and National Guardsmen have set up mobile command centers. A source in General Smith’s office estimates 2,500 FEMA now occupy Maui.
Interestingly, FEMA came unarmed, while Guardsmen have been seen toting rifles and cruising the scorched streets in Hummers topped with machine guns and M19 grenade launchers.
In July, Gen. Smith gave FEMA Director Deanne Criswell a chilling ultimatum: If FEMA arrives in disaster zones with arms and vaccines, or terrorizes or burgles citizens, White Hats will retaliate accordingly.
“This could be Criswell’s way of testing Gen. Smith’s resolve,” our source said. “She could argue here people aren’t holding weapons, that it’s the Guard, and claim their actions are outside her control.”
Gen. Smith, he added, sees FEMA and the Hawaii National Guard as entities bonded by criminal collusion into a cohesive, destructive team.
He said the general is sending forces to Maui, and FEMA’s behavior will dictate White Hat resolve.

What a crock at the end there! The DEW weapon is used in conjunction with the chemtrailing of the area with Barium and Aluminum before striking it. I doubt any planes are allowed over Trump’s residence to chemtrail it – then the DEW can’t be used.

Since all 5 Hawaiian volcanos are active, none at present erupting, but their cauldrons filled with molten lava, I do not see how DUMBs or tunnels to the mainland 2,500 miles away could be on the islands. Mauna Loa is the tallest mountain on Earth, measured from its base on the sea floor, 19,700 feet below sea level. So a tunnel to the Hawaiian Islands would have to be very deep, with deep water between the islands.
We do have tunneling machines capable of digging tunnels big enough to drive semi-trailers through. However, heat would be the machine’s worst enemy, and those islands deep down would be very hot. I lived and worked in Hawaii while my husband was stationed there. I know that you cannot buy land in Hawaii unless you can prove you have Hawaiian Blood. Unless that law changed. What you CAN do is lease land for 99 years. So there is a heck of a lot more to this than it appears.
