Biden’s FCC Warns Newsmax: Stop the Election Fraud Talk, or Else.

On Wednesday evening, Trump supporters watching the cable television channel Newsmax were shocked when anchor Bob Sellers repeatedly tried to silence MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell after he steered the conversation toward talk of election fraud and Smartmatic voting machines.

Lindell, a staunch conservative and longtime friend of Trump, had frequently made guest appearances on Newsmax to present incontrovertible evidence of election fraud, and until Wednesday had been given airtime to air grievances on behalf of Donald Trump.

On that show, however, Sellers stifled Lindell, saying, “Mike, you’re talking about machines. We at Newsmax have not been able to verify any of those kinds of allegation,” but Lindell redirected the topic back to vote rigging, which caused Sellers to storm off the set in a huff.

In all fairness to Newsmax, the company is expecting a surge of billion-dollar defamation lawsuits, which would exceed the network’s market capitalization value, relating to its coverage of rigged voting machines.

In addition to prepping for potential litigation, Newsmax has also come under fire by Biden’s Federal Communications Commission, Real Raw News has learned.

Since Newsmax operates on cable television, it falls under the FCC’s jurisdiction.

On 27 January, acting FCC chairperson Jessica Rosenworcel sent Newsmax CEO Christopher Rudy a cease-and-desist letter instructing him to at once terminate “any and all” coverage of election fraud in matters involving claims of compromised voting machines. In the letter, Rosenworcel wrote that Trump’s people had had their days in court, over sixty of them, in fact, and were resoundingly defeated on each occasion. A free and fair election, Rosenworcel went on, unequivocally proved that Biden had the overwhelming support of the American population. Reporting anything to the contrary, she added, was libelous.

In clear terms the letter spelled out punitive measures the FCC intended to impose on Newsmax, including a whopping $50,000 fine for each future instance Newsmax or its hosts make “false and libelous” comments about Smartmatic/Dominion voting systems. Further, Rosenworcel threatened to “pull the plug” unless Christopher Rudy quickly addressed all compliance issues.

It is the opinion of RRN that neither the FCC nor President Biden have authority to squelch broadcasters on any medium. The FCC’s website reads: “The FCC is prohibited by law from engaging in censorship or infringing on First Amendment rights of the press. It is, however, illegal for broadcasters to intentionally distort the news, and the FCC may act on complaints if there is documented evidence of such behavior from persons with direct personal knowledge.”

RRN will continue investigating this story.

Although we are new to the arena, the MSM and its watchdogs–Snopes, Media Matters, Politifact, etc.–have waged war on us. Bitch doesn’t have the authority to do ANY such thing, because there is MORE than enough proof developing in the Arizona forensic audit, along with the other ‘battleground’ states that indicates AT LEAST the fraud that was claimed in the 60+ lawsuits filed. A corrupt judiciary cannot change facts (especially mathematically supported evidence), no matter what they are told by their superiors. Once the attorneys correct the ‘standing’ arguments – which will show the TRUE nature of the federal corporation and just who is damaged by the fraud, TSWHTF, big time.

No…60 cases were not defeated, the paid off judges refused to hear the cases. That’s nor defeated, that’s corruption

It is, however, illegal for broadcasters to intentionally distort the news…

There were 141 million registered voters and 20% typically did not vote.
That leaves about 113 mil votes in the pool.
3 mil votes for 3rd party leaving 110 mil votes in the pool.
Trump won 74 mil votes from that pool (verified).
Leaves Biden with the maximum of 36 mil votes.

Trump really did win by a landslide.

Biden CHEATED.

Ignore the BS the media states and the leftists.
Do the real math like above.
