In the summer of 2017, Hurricane Harvey, a monstrous Category 4 storm, cleaved a path of destruction through the Houston metropolitan area, flooding roads and shattering homes as 130mph winds lashed coastal regions of the Lonestar state. Counties went dark, and lives were ruined. The storm displaced 30,000 residents and caused $124bn in damages, making it the costliest tropical cyclone on record. No sooner had the winds subsided and the rain stopped than FEMA came rolling into town, an estimated 5,000 personnel, among them a throng of armed agents whose assignment had nothing to do with saving lives.
It was the actions of those men that interested Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall when Brock Long’s military tribunal resumed Wednesday evening.
He addressed the three female officers JAG had picked to hear evidence against Long. “When President Trump heard that FEMA agents had ransacked flooded homes, stolen private property, and were physically and emotionally abusive to a population that was suddenly very vulnerable, he summoned the defendant to the White House and demanded answers. The defendant, naturally, played dumb and said he didn’t know what President Trump was talking about. And when Trump showed him evidence, the defendant blamed it ‘a few rogue agents.’” President Trump gave the defendant a reasonable offer: deliver the responsible parties within a day or pay the price for their crimes himself. We know this as a fact; we have a sworn deposition from President Trump attesting to it.
“Did the defendant hunt down the rogue agents?” Adm. Crandall continued. “No, he did not. Eight hours after seeing Trump, Long was on a flight to Argentina, where he lived until June 19, when he was caught sneaking back into the U.S.”
The admiral took a sip of water. “It would shock me if he’s willing to open his mouth with an explanation.” He paused for 30 seconds, then said, “I guess not.”
Long sat quietly at the defense table, his only comfort a pitcher of water whose ice cubes melted away as quickly as his freedom was. His eyes had stopped following the admiral’s movements and were now closed.
“Or maybe he can explain to this commission what a FEMA barge is,” the admiral said.
“That’s a myth,” Long said drowsily without opening his eyes. “They’re hospital boats. Conspiracists like to call them FEMA or prison barges.”
Admiral Crandall showed the panel images of a barge anchored near Port Aransas, taken after Harvey’s eyewall passed over land. He also showed satellite imagery of the same barge tailing the storm into port, just beyond the outer bands. The admiral’s final images were of uniformed FEMA agents corralling what appeared to be homeless persons onto Zodiac rigid rafts at gunpoint, ostensibly transport to the barge.
“What happened to those people, detainee Long? This wasn’t the work of a few rogue agents, was it? This was a major operation,” Adm. Crandall said.
Long didn’t speak again.
The admiral asked the panel to find Long guilty of treason, and they did, and sentenced him to hang by the neck until dead.
Admiral Crandall set a date of execution for July 10.

If the Earth were turning, gyroscopes would be ineffective, pointing in a constantly moving direction.
How fast does it need to rotate to maintain their own orientation?
Conducting a simple experiment with a gyroscope on a slow rotating turntable would demonstrate that it stabilizes based on its own spinning, without any noticeable movement due to Earth’s rotation. From 0 RPM, determine the RPM required for self-stabilization.
By spinning the gyroscope both ways, any drift can be observed, indicating calibration is off. Reflect laser off polish surface to detect recession or drift.
The fact that we never observe the gyroscope moving despite Earth’s alleged rotation is evidence that the Earth is not turning.
If the Earth is turning you would see 1 degree every 4 minutes. As precision gyroscopes do not exhibit such movement, it suggests the Earth’s non-rotation.

@Just Me — I don’t know of Texas, but I do of Florida. There aren’t enough highways to get out of the way of the storms in time because the population exceeds the infrastructure. Americans are warned every year not to settle in Florida, yet the warnings are ignored. It’s heartbreaking to see the devastation, and the loss of human and animal life that over populate that state. And worse, Governor DeSantis continues to invite people to relocate to Florida … he’s a criminal for such behavior. There are thousands of dogs collected that still haven’t been placed with adoptive owners because the ratio of adoptive pet owners to homeless dogs is low. It’s a troubling situation in Florida.
I’ve lived in Florida for more than 30 years. There is always time to get out of Florida when a hurricane is coming. ALWAYS. If you wait for the very last minute- not so much. You quite literally have days to pack up and get out when there’s a hurricane coming. There are many disadvantages of living in Florida, especially under a Desantis leadership, but lack of infrastructure is not one of them.
Better move out of there. DeSantis is bad news. Even if our loving POTUS lives there, it’s not good.
As an avid animal/dog lover, this breaks my heart. Shelters are overrun nationally, especially in the south, with a horrifying number of healthy, sweet animals euthanized every day. All I can do is continue to rescue those that I find and love on my adopted fur babies.

I’ve been telling people not to go to Florida because of the storms, too; but they never listen, either.
Not only that, there is an explosion of exotic snakes, snails and vipers that some people bring back from super-hot climates in Africa and other countries they breed like crazy. Now these snakes are eating people’s pets, invading their homes, swimming in their pools, attacking their friends and families, their gardens and yards are overrun with snails and lizards.
And during one storm, one of my friend’s homes was invaded by frogs — yes, frogs. This is a man who LOVES to barbeque for fam and friends. He protected his family and shut the doors and windows during the storm, but the slimy critters snuck in anyway.Saw the ugly photos on social media. We told him to move.
One of my friends had his home damaged by the storm and it costs a lot of money to fix. They go through all this unnecessary drama all because they want some heat and sun.
And put any important information scanned into a CD that you can take with you including photos. Create a bugout box that can be grabbed quickly.
It was not just homeless people but people who lost their homes during this horrific storm. These wicked morons thought that their secret would never be divulge.
